English garden wedding at Château de La Pinais

Last August I decorated Clothilde & Denis’ wedding in Château de La Pinais, a venue I particularly like (I organized an editorial shooting there with a beautiful team).

I loved everything about this wedding! Starting with the way the couple presented me what they had in mind. Their starting point: Fantin Latour floral paintings, and an English garden inspired floral decoration. I could only be taken!

On top of that, far from ‘full Pinterest’ inspirations that can often be meaningless, I loved the fact that so many elements there were intimately linked to the couple’s history and personnalité, for a wedding that was 100% them : all floral arrangements made in the bride’s mum tin collection, the decor on the tricycle they used to go from the church to the château… and last but not least the flowercrown made for the family’s stuffed badger!  🙂

And the couple’s testimony :
Thank you Marie for your ideas, your kindness and talent! We chose you because we loved your creations and environmental approach, and we’re more than happy with what you created!
Most of our decoration was based on the flowers, and we got so many compliments about them! All our guests went home with some bouquets and were really happy!
We highly recommend Atelier Aimer, you can go with your eyes closed… just remember to open them at some point to enjoy all the beauty she creates 🤍
